For general maintenance requests, please complete and submit the below form and provide as much information as possible. Maintenance, unless urgent, is given to tradesmen once approved by the owner and then provided to the trades the following business day. If the damage is found to be caused by the tenant either accidentally or maliciously, the tenant is responsible for payment of the repair. As per the lease agreement the method of access by a tradesman to the property is by the tenant, being at the property and allowing access. The tradesperson will call the tenant prior to attending on the number supplied or using our office spare keys.
In the event if a situation outside of our office hours and on weekends where you believe urgent attention is required for a repair, please refer to the below list of tradesmen and contact details. If you are unsure if the issue requires urgent repair, please contact the relevant tradesman to discuss the issue so that they determine if immediate action is required.
