If you’re managing your own property but require someone to handle the day-to-day operations, leasing of the property or an end to end service – we can discuss your property and your needs to tailor a service for you.
If you’re currently with another agency or there is a lease in place, we can assist you with the transfer of management.
To request a copy of our Service Level Agreement or if you’re ready to make the switch get in touch below.
- Ensure the ‘Exclusive Management Authority’ with your current agency has expired (it should be 30 or 60 days from originally signing the REIV authority). If the agreement has expired, then;
- Contact Gotham Property and we will send you an ‘Exclusive Management Authority’ to sign and return.
- We handle the rest. We will contact your property manager to collect the file and all the relevant tenancy documents including the lease, condition report and photos.
